Commercial Real Estate Photography in Los Angeles
Media built for leasing packages, offering memoranda and investment marketing — not repurposed listing photos.
Media for Leasing, Investment and Marketing Packages
Commercial property is sold on numbers and on legibility. The media has to show the floor plate, the access, the parking, the frontage and the surrounding context clearly enough that a broker or an investor can read the asset without visiting. That is a different brief from a residential listing, and it is shot differently.
- 01 Exterior and frontage coverage, including signage and street context
- 02 Interior coverage of lobbies, floor plates, common areas and vacant suites
- 03 Aerial stills and video showing site boundaries, parking and access where airspace permits
- 04 Floor plans and Matterport 3D tours for offering memoranda and leasing pages
- 05 Twilight exteriors when the asset benefits from an evening hero image

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you photograph occupied commercial space?
Yes. Shoots can be scheduled outside business hours or around tenant activity so the space is presented cleanly without disrupting operations.
Can drone footage be flown over a commercial site?
Where airspace and local rules permit. Much of Los Angeles sits under controlled airspace, so flights are checked and authorized in advance under FAA Part 107.
What formats are delivered for leasing materials?
Web-sized and print-resolution stills, plus vertical crops when the material is going into social or email campaigns.
